In the field of diversity management, my work has centered on the institutionalization of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Through this work, colleagues and I have examined the role of organizational and community structures on the implementation of DEI initiatives and have developed a framework for establishing sustainable DEI efforts. This work has been published in outlets such as Public Integrity and State and Local Government Review (SLGR).
