Dr. Silvera has had the opportunity to teach and develop various health care policy and management courses across various institutions. He has done so using a variety of teaching modalities including in-person, on-line, and via webinar and has had the privilege to teach to a variety of learners including undergraduate, graduate, and professionals. His priority in teaching is to cultivate engaging learning environments that produce positive student and program outcomes. He believes in the value of feedback for the development of courses and uses student feedback (see word cloud) to continually improve courses and his teaching practices.
